SUMMARY: This position is a client facing role, leveraging recruiting industry expertise to source, qualify and place professionals on projects in the pharmaceutical, biologic, medical device, and diagnostic industries. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload. This role fosters collaboration in a cross-functional setting with business development, proposal development, and project management as well as delivery teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Develops and directly manages potential and existing clients to establish and develop long term strategic relationships that contribute to company growth and profitability. Proactively follows up on warm leads to convert into new business and builds trusted/strategic relationships with client decision makers.

Coordinates and executes a customized account plan for the increased use of the company’s services to potential and existing clients by building strong long-term relationships, ensuring a complete understanding of the client and project need, and understanding and communicating in a clear and concise manner Innovenn’s expertise.

Drafts and/or contributes to the writing of proposals to assure a thorough understanding of client need and that the best customized Innovenn solution is being provided to support quickly converting proposals into contracts.

Develops in collaboration with Business Development Team to implement a strategic proactive resourcing plan to identify potential consultants using LinkedIn and other known innovative resources, as needed, to fill roles in support of client requests and company growth goals and meet both internal and external timelines.

Utilizes Trakstar, or similar applicant tracking system for position postings for consultant roles ensuring timely posting and adequate pool of qualified candidates for proposals and client requests as needed.

Responsible for the entire consultant recruitment cycle from initial contact to conducting preliminary/administrative interviews to scheduling and overseeing technical interviews ensuring appropriate document and closure of recruiting cycle.

Performs contract management of Master Consultant Agreements and Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) for all consultants utilizing ContractWorks, online contract management system ensuring timely issuance, negotiation, execution by all signing parties, and accurate tracking of expiration dates and renewals.

Schedules, coordinates, conducts, and documents all new consultant orientation ensuring a positive, comprehensive, and informative experience for each new consultant.

Maintains RESUMate consultant database ensuring timely and accurate input of all consultant information, e.g., resumes, references and communications.

Maintains consultant files to ensure all independent consultant documentation is in place.

Creates, manages, and maintains an appropriate connection or reconnection cycle for establishing and developing relationships with all consultants to support access to highly qualified and skilled resources to meet company growth goals.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

Attends client meetings as needed to understand project scope and parameters to develop recruitment plans ensuring qualified resources are available when needed.

Maintains and increases job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art, ongoing research in the field, etc.; participates in education opportunities, reads professional publications; maintains personal/professional networks and participates in professional organizations to further professional growth ensuring awareness and application of best practices.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

BA or BS degree in Business and/or Science related discipline. 5+ years of proven experience in account management, consultant recruitment and management or similar role in a life sciences company.

Strong organizational skills and verbal/written communication skills; demonstrated interpersonal skills to enable the development of long-term partnerships with clients and consultants. Advanced computer skills including MS Office suite of programs. Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, accountability, willingness to learn and an ability to effectively communicate and lead.

This position is a hybrid work model, partially remote.
